ABOUT THE BOTPLOYEE PROJECT

Botployee Server System is a software suite that produces and manages virtual employees, for a variety of tasks. Botployees have the ability to communicate through the telephone, by e-mail, by SMS, by chat and even in physical presence. They can interact with the existing management software and give answers using their data. They can be used for many management, marketing, support and assistance tasks for inside processes or clients. They can work with several languages. Each botployee communicates according to the established rules. They have interfaces for voice modems, local sound systems, MS Live Messenger, Skype, cell phones and e-mail accounts. It’s a new concept in communication and a precious helper, not only in daily tasks, but also in the ones that should be done but, due to missing time or resources are always left behind.
